Any cargo entering Republic of Angola must be covered by the validated Loading Certificate ( LC ) .

The certificate must be obtained before the vessel’s arrival otherwise may result in fines or delays in cargo clearance.

Required documents and information :

• Bill of Lading
• Commercial invoice
• Freight Invoice ( Not required if the freight value is mentioned in the commercial invoice )
• DU ( Documentary Unique ) it is provided by the importer
• ARCCLA Loading certificate Form stamped and signed.
