APPLICATION FORM FOR THE ISSUE OF LOADING CERTIFICATES

Any cargo entering Republic of Angola must be covered by the validated Loading Certificate ( LC ) .

The certificate must be obtained before the vessel’s arrival otherwise may result in fines or delays in cargo clearance.

Required documents and information :

Bill of Lading
Commercial invoice
Freight Invoice ( Not required if the freight value is mentioned in the commercial invoice )
DU ( Documentary Unique ) it is provided by the importer
ARCCLA Loading certificate Form stamped and signed.

Procedure

Submit the required documents by email or online submission.
You will receive an invoice, typically within the same day.
Once your payment has been received and you approve the draft, a validation will be sent.

Timeline

The FERI must be validated before the vessel arrives at the destination to avoid the fines at destination port.
The process can typically be done within 24 hours after receipt of payment.
